This jig is quick and easy to make. All you need is a 18"x24" piece of 3/4" plywood and some screws and you'll be on your way to making your own lumber with small logs on your bandsaw. It is recommended that your bandsaw has 1.5HP or more and you will need at least 8" of clearance on your bandsaw for this to work. If this design is too wide for your bandsaw you can run it though the table saw and cut it down to a more appropriate width after you've made it. Just be sure to not hit any screws! The download include the walkthrough as well as all the associated images.
