This is where the scope items live that don't fit neatly into anyone's bid. Curved walls, slatted screens, coffered ceilings, custom pass-throughs, solid wood details, and specialty elements the architect drew and the GC has been trying to find a sub for. We take them.

In-house solid surface fabrication: countertops, cladding, built-ins, and integrated details. CNC-cut, seamed, and sanded in-shop. We carry the material stock and the expertise to match it to the casework without passing the scope to a third fab.

Custom furniture and FF&E packages, made to the drawings.
Beyond the fixed millwork, we build the freestanding pieces that finish an interior: tables, benches, banquette seating, reception and lounge furniture, casegoods, and one-off feature pieces. Made in the same shop, to the same grade, and specified to the architect's and owner's intent instead of pulled from a catalog.

We provide installation as well as fabrication, and we hold long-standing relationships with a trusted network of specialty subs (stone and solid surface, metal, glass, and finishing among them). The casework, architectural millwork, countertops, furniture, and install all come together under one accountable point of contact, so you are not chasing separate trades to close out the scope.
